Very disappointed with this place. The officers are really not wise, do you think the clothes left are counted or not. Clothes are often lost when doing laundry here. The staff is dishonest!! Just change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah langganan berkali2 namun kecewa. Sengaja lgsg ditinggal kirain pakaian di itung sm petugas. Namun enggak! Pertama ada kaus yg hilang, dan kali ini ada celana dan blouse merah yg hilang, mau coba balik lg dan complain eh udh tutup.. akhirnya lupa. Mgkn gpp kalo hanya 1 pakaian lah ini laundry lg malah ilang lagi!!!! Parahnya untuk pakain yg hilang, td pas mau laundry kembali, petugas terlihat seperti memakai pakaian yg pernah hilang. Sungguh sangat2 kecewa, mhn owner utk ganti petugas yg berjaga di tempat ini. Tidak amanah, dan merugikan org lain.
Have subscribed many times but disappointed. Accidentally left, I thought the clothes were counted by the officers. But no! First there was a shirt that was missing, and this time there were missing red pants and blouse, want to try it again and complain, it's closed... finally forgot. Maybe it's okay if it's only 1 clothes, this laundry is gone again!!!! The worst thing is for lost clothes, when they want to go back to laundry, the officers look like they are wearing clothes that have been lost. Really very disappointed, ask the owner to change the officer who is on guard at this place. Untrustworthy, and detrimental to others.
